-Has a 12-year-old daughter, Keisha, that lives with her grandmother, he visits regularly. She is just about the only thing left in the world he loves.

-In 2074 Bill was hired on what should have been a simple run, the team included the fixer's nephew. The kid talked the talk, but his sheer inexperience got the rest of the team killed, including Keisha's mother. The fixer believed that Bill was responsible for everyone dying, especially his nephew, and spread rumors to that effect.

-"Nice Guy" was added to his name after this incident, when he became cold and intimidating, and would not hold himself above using torture or even kllling innocents to finish jobs.

===Summary===
Ramon Delgado lost his family at a young age. He grew up as an orphan on the streets, learning to sneak in and out of places for food and other necessities, eventually learning to pick locks to get at the goodies inside.

His alias, "Sancho," comes from his teenage years spent climbing into windows, not so much for food, but to spend time with women while their fathers and husbands were gone. Eventually he was caught, and the gentleman fancied himself a duelist. On that day Ramon discovered he had a knack for shooting as well. The man he killed worked for the boss of a bliss trafficking ring, known only as the Caballero. The Caballero gave Ramon the nickname and offered him work, he could always use a new enforcer.

He had temporarily given up his womanizing ways when he met Araceli. She was the most beautiful woman he'd ever seen, even by elf standards. They fell in love, they were getting ready to bring a son into the world when she had gotten horribly addicted to bliss. She lost the child, and left Sancho to shack up with her dealer, the Caballero. Realizing his boss's intention all along was to set him up, he intended to get her back out and off the bliss, but as talented as he was with his gun he was far too outnumbered and outgunned.

Sancho was left for dead in an alley, when he heard a whispering in the back of his head telling him to GET UP. Dragonslayer found him, just as a veteran shadowrunner entered the alley. Acting on a hunch, the runner scooped him up and drove him to his safehouse. The runner got Sancho back on his feet, and hooked him up with a fixer, but of course, nothing in this world is free....

==Overview==
Grizz is a veteran of the Japanese Imperial State's occupation of San Francisco, in his youth he led small strike teams against General Saito's troops and resources. After the occupation ended the country he loved left him feeling nothing but jaded, so he made his way north to Seattle and ran the shadows for several years. He has recently retired, those close to him suspecting that years of running with outdated, intrusive cyberware may have led to complications from TLE-x.
