Getting strong enough to never have to run from magic or it's users again.

Stopping mages that hurt or take advantage of helpless mundanes like he used to be.

(Growing out of the more extreme Pariah cult upbringing, though this one is mine as a player not necessarily Nullifier's yet.)

==Background==

Orphaned from a young age, his parents and nearly himself were collateral from a fight between mages. He's hated magic, and mages, ever since. When he awakened and found himself corrupted by the thing he hated most he entered a self destructive spiral. With the goal of ridding himself of this curse Null picked up every bit of ware he could, burning away his magic piece by piece. It was only once he discovered the Pariahs who took him in and showed him a different path that he got himself under control. For now at least still fully indoctrinated he works as a shadow runner, taking regular Haven jobs to improve his skill and gear between ones for the cult which are usually assassinations of mages. He still hates himself and his magic, to the point of covering his face every morning with a mask so he never has to see his own.

When he's himself he's angry and unfocused so he prefers to be someone else when working, someone who doesn't care about anything but getting the job done.
