Born in Saint Louis, raised nomadic across the CAS, PCC, CFS, and Aztlan thanks to his father's work as a contractor, he grew up with outsider status tattooed across his forehead. Whether he was questioning a tribal ritual in Arizona or fleeing deranged bloodletters in El Paso, he found alienation from the locals wherever he went before even considering the violence and discrimination he faced for his ingentis nature. Grade school and up he was no stranged to fights in the yard, the hallways, snide sidelining from his teachers and blunt objects to the skull to 'make him as dumb as a troll should be'. He never gave up the tradition handed down from his parents however, never conformed no matter how many bricks were thrown at him or knives driven into his ribs. By middle school he was more than capable of breaking bones and drawing blood from those who would wrong him. When high school rolled around, Hugo quickly found his way through the low-stakes highschool crime scene.

No matter where he moved, word spread of his brutality quickly when he had to exercise his might. No matter what he endured, what he was told, he rolled with every failure and grew better because he knew Aneki eternal would want him to. While a national SINer, his schools were Renraku gardens, the media he grew up with was Renraku sponsored, the municipal systems were Renraku subsidiaries, so it was no wonder why he aspired to the culture and prestige he saw in the media. When he graduated high school, his family moved back to Saint Louis with another of his father's corporate contracts. He overcame his outsider status and eventually achieved a place among Renraku's samurai. He knew he could never take the Red Oath because of his metatype, he knew he would be a Limited SINer for his entire life, but he could earn respect and serve a purpose while securing a future for his children in the company.

After two years as a Samurai, he managed a level of martial respect among his other Samurai and even maintained a secret relationship with a co-worker, Tomoe Minamoto, however things went sour when NeoNET managed a full takeover of the Saint Louis sprawl. He lost his job, he lost his lover when she was betrayed by three of their peers, his SIN defaulted back to National, and he went onto the streets as freelance security to support himself. From time to time, his security gigs turned into PI work, hired muscle, small time fixer jobs, but then the fall of NeoNET came. NeoNET scrip was worthless, the grid went down, the city's gears stopped turning, and his SIN was fully erased with the disappearance of the city registry. While the city was dark, Hugo managed to survive with a small pack of friends in South City. After a few weeks with a local gang, he found the only people willing to hire trained killers in the Saint Louis sprawl; the Saraccino Family. Assassination, extortion, intimidation, drug dealing, smuggling, anything the family needed done or needed muscle for, Goro was there, using his Renraku name as both a handle and a badge of pride for his Samurai status. Sometimes his honor compelled him to act in his off-time, clearing out predatory gangs, stealing from corporate trucks to supply the impoverished and deprived, protecting the SINless from black bagging teams and ensuring the market tribes could function unmolested.

Despite growing up on Renraku movies, Samurai comic books and video games, loving sushi and believing in Aneki Eternal as his role model, he quickly became disillusioned with the corporate ideal the longer he spent in the sprawl. But he was strong, determined, and found work with the mob that he could respect. Eventually, the family offered him a deal where he could realize his potential; go work for their girl Alessa P in Redmond, the Seattle plex. He packed up, moved out to the Barrens Square and set up a new life as a Street Samurai for the Pixie shot-caller. He met a rockergirl while living there, one who shared his interests in music, media, cybernetics and eventually moved in with him. She had her band, and he managed to earn money between jobs by hosting an open air grill in Redmond Square where people could come and cook their roadkill on his juryrigged setup. The gangs knew him as the Troll who could provide food and safety, as well as a warrior who would put down any bulldrek hard. After knocking over a few armored trucks, robbing a museum, and settling a gang war on Alessa P’s behalf, the gangers all knew the name Goro.

*Code of Honor- Goro grew up on Bushido, following it as a personal philosophy long before he completed Samurai training. They were his words to live by so his soul could be at ease, his honor maintained, and he will do everything in his power to follow them no matter the obstacle.

He found a string within COIN, then followed it to their connection to the Knight's Templar and learned of their shadow war with the Black Lodge. He found himself tangled up in a web of secret societies, conspiracies, and intrigue, and after getting augmented, works just to remember which way is up.

==Background==
* Sebastian Torres is a native Spaniard, born and raised in the Madrid Metroplex, a series of hivelike concentric circles laced with warm neon flares and old world heretige. He inhereted his ancestral family values and cultural sense of personal honor, and they carried into his rougher teen years where family feuds and insults lead to brawls in the streets. When he was older, and one such altercation occured over his brother's autoshop's legitimacy as a business, Sebastion found the person he fought off had ties to a greater organization in Madrid known as the Black Lodge. He came back for revenge, and Sebastion was pulled into their web of conspiracies fist first. When his family was killed for helping COIN, he had no reason to stay in the normal world, and stepped into the shadows to pursue the evils and conspiracies he began to discover. Now he's on the run from the web of intrigue making up Spain's underworld, only to find it spans the globe, and he counters it where he can.

- Sebastian is a prideful Spaniard with a hot head and big heart. He was raised a gentleman, a man who would stay his blade and bullets from the blood of innocents, and a man who appreciated art and beauty. His word as a Spaniard is something he values highly, as are his manners. He will work to preserve both of them. Should his honor be impugned, he will act out to correct it and restore his name. He will protect the innocent, his friends, women, and beauty to the best of his ability.

* Big Regret
- While the Knight's Templar helped in Santiago's arrival to the shadows, they proved to be an enemy as much as the Black Lodge, the Royalists, the Militants, and the Corporations. Early in his underworld life, he was tasked with aiding a pack of Templars in purifying a lodge in rural Spain. The wives and children of several members were there, attending a ceremony, and he immediately demanded to cancel the operation. He was assured that it was acceptable in the eyes of the Lord, who Himself struck down women and children in Sodom and Gomorrah. Santiago however knew he was not the Lord, and instead used his sniping support perch to kill both Templar and Lodge member alike while sparing the women in children. Despite his honor demanding he protect them, he remains conflicted over the events of that day. Yes he protected the weak and innocent, but were they not tied to evil? Yes he struck down killers and looters, but were they not acting on behalf of the Lord? Yes he did the right thing, but is the deepest, coldest circle of hell not reserved for traitors?

He found a string within COIN, then followed it to their connection to the Knight's Templar and learned of their shadow war with the Black Lodge. He found himself tangled up in a web of secret societies, conspiracies, and intrigue, and after getting augmented, works just to remember which way is up.

==Background==
* Sebastian Torres is a native Spaniard, born and raised in the Madrid Metroplex, a series of hivelike concentric circles laced with warm neon flares and old world heretige. He inhereted his ancestral family values and cultural sense of personal honor, and they carried into his rougher teen years where family feuds and insults lead to brawls in the streets. When he was older, and one such altercation occured over his brother's autoshop's legitimacy as a business, Sebastion found the person he fought off had ties to a greater organization in Madrid known as the Black Lodge. He came back for revenge, and Sebastion was pulled into their web of conspiracies fist first. When his family was killed for helping COIN, he had no reason to stay in the normal world, and stepped into the shadows to pursue the evils and conspiracies he began to discover. Now he's on the run from the web of intrigue making up Spain's underworld, only to find it spans the globe, and he counters it where he can.

His hooding and support for his home help contribute to their love for him.

* Code of the Wuxia: Rakshasa has had a strong sense of street honor for as long as he's been working in the shadows. Whether he's shaking people down for the Ragers or pulling the trigger for Ares, he always does it his way. He's always had a complex value system in his head that prioritized friends and innocents, minimizing damage if at all possible, and doing good where he can. This has led him to help the SINless, Underground, and just unfortunate wage-slaves. On the flip-side, he has a mild contempt for gangers, street scum, and some other shadowrunners who aren't afraid to prey on people who aren't 'in the game'.

* Data Liberator: Rakshasa crawled out from beneath the thumbs of high handed corporate overlords, and knows first hand how they desperately try to control the flow of information, data, the matrix, and use made up formula and statistics to force the popular consciousness to their ends. As this mythology influenced other religions, the rakshasa was later incorporated into Buddhism. Rakshasas are also called "Maneaters" (Nri-chakshas, Kravyads). A female rakshasa is known as a Rakshasi. They are often depicted as anthropomorphic Clouded Leopards in primal armors with Hindu flares.

* Known as something of an icon for members of the Ork Underground. There's been hundreds of runners and thousands of gangers who've come from the Underground, but few amount to much. With his record of hooding, sticking it to Humanis, the Japanacorps, the Ancients, and giving back to his home, people know he's a good, loyal guy. Not to mention how he operates on the job; guy's stubborn about getting a job done, but even he's shot people in the face for a job that crossed his line, or for trying to screw him or his friends. He might come off as purely mercenary, but he does have a strict, strong code of street honor that he will not violate or let be violate for any reason.

* He's been known as a solo since he was eleven. Shaking people down as a street ronin with some cheap guns, pulling his own scores with his pals from the Underground on small escort vehicles or StufferShacks. He put his money back into himself in the form of augmentations, and got his first gig working as a private enforcer for the Ragers gang in Redmond, and once he graduated to the shadows of Touristville, got his first corporate muscle job for a B-Grade legal company. Before too long, he was a professional operative, pulling jobs for A corps, crime syndicates, celebrities, and even handling AA dirty work. By the time he was sixteen, he was a Major League Hitter in the shadows, taking jobs for AAA Clients, Rogue AIs, Secret Societies, Free Spirits, and government officials. It's rumored that he's dealt with Sharon Chang-Wu, Suki Shiawase, Lofwyr, The Conglomerate, Chief Pawl Shaggy Mountain, Omega Dawn, and Deus, and while it's uncertain what truth there is to the street stories surrounding him, there's no denying he's earned those stories, and his reputation as Solo Elite.

Whether he's shaking people down for the Ragers or pulling the trigger for Ares, he always does it his way. He's always had a complex value system in his head that prioritized friends and innocents, minimizing damage if at all possible, and doing good where he can. This has led him to help the SINless, Underground, and just unfortunate wage-slaves. On the flip-side, he has a mild contempt for gangers, street scum, and some other shadowrunners who aren't afraid to prey on people who aren't 'in the game'.

* Data Liberator: Rakshasa crawled out from beneath the thumbs of high handed corporate overlords, and knows first hand how they desperately try to control the flow of information, data, the matrix, and use made up formula and statistics to force the popular consciousness to their ends. This disgusting abuse of power and indoctrination is something he won't stand for, and does what he can to further the cause of free, unrestricted information and data, along with a free matrix.
