=Faction Information=
Flash Star! are an A-rated megacorporation that focuses on Public relations, entertainment, and media. They are in direct competition with Horizon and have been looking to diversify their interests in the hope that they can attain an AA status.

While they focus on trideo, simsense, and music studios, they also have a major fashion brand gaining momentum in the CAS and Japanese markets. Garish, gaudy and ostentatious are often used to describe these outfits.

They have recently started expanding into Seattle's cyberdeck production market in Renton, to the chagrin of the local Yakuza elements there. Luckily for them, they have also been attempting to increase their magical security and will be very extraction prone to gather appropriate talent.

Flash Star!'s corporate culture is very dog eat dog. Backstabbing is not only accepted but encouraged, with fake smiles hiding snakes. How you look is also important, if you're not wearing a brand name jacket that costs ten times the price, then it's not even worth looking at.

All employees are expected to write reviews and reports of each interaction at the end of the day, usually filled with backhanded comments.

==Overview==

A veteran of over two decades in the UCAS Marines sniper corps, Master Gunnery Sergeant Michael Buchanan dedicated the majority of his adult life to his country (or what's left of it). Over his career he was deployed in almost every conceivable combat zone, and he has a clinical knowledge of almost every firearm known to meta-humanity. He could have scored a training gig in Ares, Saeder-Krupp, or nearly any PMC out there, but he declined them all.

See Michael is a man of simple needs, he runs an excellent firing range in Snohomish, in fact one of the only places in the Seattle area where you can shoot at over a mile. If you have the skill, he might even invite you to one of his exclusive shooting competitions. These draw in marksmen from across Seattle and even beyond.

Robin was never rich. Her career prospects as a SINless barrens dweller were slim. All she had was her looks, her street smarts, and her drive to get out of this place.

When the Shotozumi gave her an offer, she jumped on it.

They told her that she wouldn't even feel it. That she'd just fall asleep and wake up with more money on her credstick. She would be protected by guards at all times, and they promised her that her family would be looked after.

They gave her the surgery, enhanced her looks, and implanted the wires.

They had lied, of course. Yet she remembered nothing, except for painful bruises. She was not allowed to leave the building for security reasons. She was expected to remain lithe and beautiful, while also spending the day working.

But she was no longer on the streets. She was safe.

Then, she emerged. A whole new world was opened to her, that of the matrix. She began to feel the implants in her head, the dull throb of the data being blocked. She decided she had had enough.

She submerged, and destroyed the chrome inside her head cutting her out of what was happening.

What she learned was horrifying. But there was no going back.

She instead, decided to turn against the Yakuza. By this point, she had become one of Seattle's most popular Bunraku dolls, with a waiting list a mile long. She began reaching out, trying to find anyone willing to listen. Trying to help burn the despicable people who dehumanised her.

And so, she remains a bird in a gilded cage, singing to her allies in secret over the matrix. Hoping one day to be free.

Game information: Robin must be taken at Loyalty 4 or higher.

Robin remembers everyone who uses her services, and will gladly sell out any of them if it will ruin their lives or hurt the Yakuza. She will do so through her courier sprites, which look like Songbirds or her data sprites leaving watermarked messages on innocuous spam emails.

In return for her services, Robin will call in favours to hurt the Shotozumi-Gumi or people she believes that need to be punished.

As he situation is rather precarious, if a runner puts her in any physical danger or leaks information about her, she will instantly burn that runner.

==Overview==

Rose Tanaka (AKA Splint) is a Japanese ork who always wanted to achieve something greater than her lot in life. Her parents were refugees from Japan who worked their hoops off to get their daughter through medical school.

Rose passed with flying colours and even managed to get a job at DocWagon. They put her onto the WagonWheel outreach program as a support medic. She met many people, down on their luck, yet also managed to meet some interested in buying what she was selling.

She made deals with local gangs and shadow community members, patching them up for cheap and offering them a selection of narcotics for a price.

Eventually, she managed to progress her way up to a clinic in Renton. No longer Heals on Wheels, she managed to set up shop and start working on augmentations.

Her old life followed her, with gang members, street samurai and the poor sods who got caught in the middle of them coming to her door to get patched up. She keeps everything mostly on the level, but for a fee, she can find some exceptionally useful items in her extraterritorial office.

She will only be able to be taken as a contact by characters with a Doc Wagon Contract.
