==Background==
Ria Adams wasn't born in a good spot. Sure she legally existed and could go to public school because she actually had a SIN, but often times in Redmond that can be a bad thing. Crimes actually stick on SINners in Touristville so you have to be extra careful, and her parents had to work extra jobs to pay taxes. Most of her life was listening to them argue about bills while stressed, alone in a house with a meta link, or at a crappy public school.

She found one solace away from it all. Sports, she was always rather athletic and as she went into highschool seemed to really hit her stride. A startling performance catching the eyes of both collegiate and professional sports, throwing nearly 90 mph fastballs at 16. She saw it, her way out, the glamor and high-society life of a professional sports player. She would have to actually work unlike a corporate brat and probably destroy her body in the process, but it beat eating nutribars in Touristville while her parents begged for what little savings she was managing to gather.

And then, one of the preliminary tests came back. She was an Adept, one that seemed to have been unconsciously being used this whole time. Major league prospects and the real money faded, bragging about someone being the star of the minor leagues wasn't enough for college offers without putting her in unpayable debt. She did get into the Awakened Minor Leagues, and quickly made a name for herself in Seattle from there.

But she got a slight taste of more, and she wants it in full. And she'll do anything to get there.
== Narrative Significant Qualities ==

===Positive===
Fame(Local: Seattle) - Ria Adams is the star pitcher of the Redmond Robins. Sure she's trapped forever in the Awakened Minor Leagues, but boy is it nice to see Redmond takes something other than Ls sometimes.

Honest Face - Oh c'mon, you've seen her talk to the local news guy. You really think she'd lie?

First Impression - You wanna really make it? You gotta see when the scouts show up and make sure you seem like a star. Media appeal is just as important as winning the game, gotta be a moneymaker for the team.
===Negative===
Allergy(Uncommon, Moderate, Antibiotics) - She got a bad scrape once as a kid, and since her parents were too busy to clean it she got an infection. Some expensive meds later she was bedridden from hives and shock, so that's something she's gotta avoid.

Day Job(20 Hours, Baseball) - Sure, she's skipping some practices especially in the off season. But with at least half the Redmond team being in gangs, if she comes back and is still in good enough shape to play on gameday is it really a big deal? At least they're winning.

STRIKEOUT Comes in two outfits:

Fancy - A nice suit and tie, with a heavy coat that goes down to near her knees. Black color, gold trimmings, well kept and dry cleaned. Wears her hair in a light braid and clearly made to show up fine under TV camera lights

Armored - Mariners Jacket, old jersey from a 2053 under. Heavy ripped jeans and sneakers, hair up in a bun and a black mask over her face so nobody can see. This outfit always comes with an old wooden baseball bat, kept in startlingly good condition.
