Because of his family’s unique intersection of Matrix obsession and obscene generational wealth, Tyrell Gates has had every possible digital and social advantage in his life. From birth trodes were the laurel wreath placed upon his crown. Before he could walk, the best cybertechnologists in the world implanted the world’s first juvenile expandable datajack in him. He learned to code in the old hardwired Matrix before he ever spoke his first words aloud, learned to sleaze and attack and manipulate the Matrix when the Matrix and Tyrell Gates were both still in their infancy.
