==Overview==
Alexis Glimmerscale is one of the leaders of the Children of the Dragon, having been initiated into the church as a child and personally mentored by its founder David Dragonson; due to her natural charisma and ability to present a sensible face for the sect, she was chosen as their liaison to the Draco Foundation's Board of Trustees once the two groups began to normalize relations with one-another following an initial rocky period.

She spends most of her time split between DeeCee (where she acts as a political lobbyist on behalf of the church and conducts her duties with the Foundation) and Prince Edward Island (where the Children of the Dragon are headquartered near Dunkelzhan's old estate, now a provincial park).

* Alexis presents herself as a bit of a "manic pixie dream girl", but this is a calculated facade - underneath is a canny political operative who is well aware of how she and her group are perceived. She endeavors to portray herself as a harmless eccentric in order to remain underestimated.
* A talented magician and initiate, Alexis is a supporter of the New Century Party and member in good standing of the Illuminates of the New Dawn; thanks to her close association with drakes, she has gleaned some of the secrets of draconic magic as well, about which she remains ever-curious.
* While she is a true believer in the Children of the Dragon's cause, Alexis eschews outright fanaticism or zealotry, knowing how off-putting such things can be for the average UCASian. Instead she presents herself as a humanist with a message that even secular Dunkelzhan fans can get behind.
