			Disco Gloves: Colour and style change depending on how a run is handled. (Yes, I made up this definition. What are you going to do about it?) I want to match the energy you bring, so if the milk run is silly and you want to play it like a crime noir, then I'm into it having a Black Trenchcoat attitude. If you want to take a dark run and make it a comedy, I'm also into taking a Pink Mohawk tone. Unless otherwise noted, this will stay flexible. I am new to table top roleplay games as well as ShadowRun, which means I am learning and deeply value constructive criticism via feedback forms. Preference will be given to new players and new characters for most of my runs, and I intend to work on developing Milk/Low runs to build myself up as a GM while also helping new characters gain some runway into Medium/High runs with other GMs. Expect narrative/roleplay-heavy, "rule of cool", newbie-friendly runs with me.

			Life happens and I expect new players and characters are trying to balance their character and game play. As a result, currently I do not mind if characters withdraw or refuse to complete a mission if it is in-character for them to do so. If there is an OOC reason why someone withdraws, I would love to have that shared privately or via feedback even if you are not comfortable sharing at the table, so that I can be aware of any challenges when creating future runs. I will do my best to be transparent about the details of a job in the run posting to minimise backouts.

			Be courteous to your fellow runners. Beyond this, we love a rabbit trail here. I tend to have major plot points to hit that may adapt based off of the player choices, but watching things unfold off of authentic in-character choices is a lot of fun! Derailing or attacking the 'wrong' NPC can have consequences, but if you accept this as a runner team then I'm all for it.

			A side note while I am on my GM training wheels: I will have a seasoned GM coaching me for my first run(s), but I also want to be open to learning from more veteran players and/or GMs. Consider yourself on the honour system if you are a more senior GM/player not to intentionally cheese things. If you see non-critical issues at the table that are not derailing or blocking the progression of the run, please include this in your feedback or reach out to me after the run so that we can address it.

			"You pay your money and you take your chances." Death should not be a legitimate fear on Milk/Low runs, but above that completely abandoning common sense can definitely cause damage. I want people to enjoy their experience and be able to meaningfully contribute to character development and engagement with other players. Because of this, I want challenges or combat to entertain and be worthwhile for learning new mechanics or trialing new characters without undue pressure. As difficulty progresses, so do the risks. My goal is never to make a character unplayable, but without risks the rewards would not be as sweet!

			The darkness and grit of the ShadowRun world is part of what appeals to me about it. Struggle against worsening protections and resources for the average person, unchecked corporate greed and reach, and how people cope with and navigate all that comes with those things are reasonable themes to expect within the bounds of ShadowHaven's rules. This will adjust based on player lines and veils.

			Run requests will contain any known Content Warnings (CW), and players will be asked for any lines and veils for runs that are anticipated to be darker. Games will use a three card system (green, yellow, red) and players are expected to utilise these or state out loud if they need to exercise a yellow or a red so we can resolve any issues.

	==PvP and Negative Player Interactions==		PvP and Negative Player Interactions are allowed, but both players need to agree to it and it should not fully derail a run that includes other players outside of those characters. If Player Character (PC) relationships devolve during a challenging moment in a run, there can be negative consequences for the outcome of the mission. That is not a threat, just bear this in mind along with other Cause and Effect elements.
