			As work continued to build up, it soon became obvious that Elliot, even with Backseat's guidance, was unable to handle the workload on his own. This led Backseat to hire [[Sophia Zhang]], a highly competant consultant who had fallen off the corporate ladder due to issues with burnout and addiction. She has quickly become crucial in leading the legitimate work while providing assistance with legwork for Backseat's work in the shadows.
