			A compound in the cascades looks like the Roanoke island incident. Claw and bite marks in walls and gear, but no bodies remained on site by the time the squatches fled.

			Bumble has slightly more info on where his clan may be, but not an abundance.

			Snick learned she has been speaking the wrong language for years which has helped her out greatly.

	The team made it to the base of the enemy encampment after a couple days of travel. Sneaking up to it they were able to identify the guard patrols and two large (F7) Water spirits guarding the complex. 			After an intense climb that nearly send Snick falling off the base of the hill, the squatches made it to the target sneakily.

	Snick summoned a F6 fire spirit and set it loose on the compound, it heading up to play rocket tag with one spirit and surviving a round while Bumble took out a spirit and the first of the guards with a combination of counterstrike and poison darts. Snick lobbed some fire while her spirit did a lot of the fire crushng and damage, and Bumble positively wiped the floor with most of the rest of the first parcel of outside opfor. 			The intrepid bandersnatches snuck up on the complex and got the drop on the additional parcels of guards, making short work of them before breaking into the complex.

			Unfortunately, they were too late. Only scientists and one vivisected member of Bumble's clan remained.

			It was more unfortunate for the research scientists, who are providing a weeks worth of meals for Snick and Bumble at this rate.

			Bumble extracted what info he could before adding him onto the meat pile for the two of them, and the two prepared for the long haul back to redmond.
