 Jimmy is never out in the streets without featuring his Berwick suit, in TNC colors deep blue and chrome lining, bearing the logo where a breast pocket would be. In addition to that one chrome hand holds a cigarette while the other puts up pilot-style shades. As usuall for an elf he´s charsimatic even though he seems to know you a little to well for a first meet. A firm handshake and you notice  well maintained chrome arms, on the right side you can make out a LED-Tatto underneath the suit presumably flashing the same logo thats on the suit given the coloring. A true and inviting smile while draggin on his smoke lets you in on the talk. Hes persuasive but respectful, after all you could be a usefull person to know.

	Growing up on a nameless, cause forgotten, Street in the Barrens Jim had the Luck to find himself in a stable neighbourhood, as stable as it can be in a rusty, rotten and violent district of a Sprawl. Gathered together around an abandoned Weather Station the few residents held together and tried to fend for themselfes. Eventually an equilibrium with the other local residents of the Area was reached and into this relative peace born was Jim, son to a Bartender-Dad and a Mechanics-mother. Growing up serving drinks to the locals in the "Thunder Needle", the bar just across the old Station, inspired by the highrising Antennae which was struck frequently by lightning, he too made his place in the Community. Growing up on a nameless, cause forgotten, Street in the Barrens Jim had the Luck to find himself in a stable neighbourhood, as stable as it can be in a rusty, rotten and violent district of a Sprawl. Eventually an equilibrium with the other local residents of the Area was reached and into this relative peace born was Jim, son to a Bartender-Dad and a Mechanics-mother. Growing up serving drinks to the locals in the "Thunder Needle", the bar just across the old Station, inspired by the highrising Antennae which was struck frequently by lightning, he too made his place in the Community.

Good will and connections even got him a well paying but back breaking job in a Renton factory. That was about the peak in his recent life. In the last few years the peace has been broken by some new and upcoming gangs, as well as old ones picking up scent again. So he had to work as a Factory worker and Neighbourhood watch. Eventually this strain took its toll and in a particularly nasty accident in the factory he lost both his arms. Having saved up his money planned for a better future and with a compensation and eartly retirement paymnt from the factory Jim was able to afford a set of chrome arms.

By that time word got around that the Community was weak and so after many days of assault Jim decided to counter and together with some childhood friends and the approval of the Community he founded the "Thunder Needle Company". Basically a better organised Watch and, with the help of his friends, a medication smuggling gang, a new hope for a way out. It must´ve attracted some attention already, just recently a mysterious Person called "Dial-Up" offered him better paying jobs. Jim knew what he was getting into but couldnt afford to let such an opportunity slip.

Oh no you ended up on the wrong buisness end. The persuasiveness is now your enemy, he knows frighteningly much about your dirty secrets and you´d believe him if he threatened to kill you with a plushie. If you dont fuck up further... oh no. Your hand that was in a nice comfortable handshake is now in a painful vise, you look into piercing turqouise eyes that glare from above the shades down at you. In some odd fascination you glance over skin that looks like rough life. many small cuts and generally weathered make this face both frightening and interesting to look at. Risk of burn mark by cigarette are high and possible death by electrocution is used amazingly effective for torture. He hasnt risen his voice but the calm and soothing speak of before now has become icicles, every word well placed and burning in your mind as he loosens his grip and gets up. You survived a meeting with The Boss! congratulations. While you tend your bruised wrist you look back as he leaves and wonder who the hell this man is and where he comes from.
