With the cash from the run he opened up and Upscale bar called Elbow Room. The Johnson that gave him that job is now a close friend and a constant site at Elbow Room, that Johnson is now a runner known as Hazard.

			If not working behind the bar, you kind find Buddy cutting it up with old runners that he worked with, or playing cards.

			He is heavily 'wared out and, and you never know what is under the bar.

			He is an excellent source for information. Johnsons love using his sound proof rooms (all 12 of them) in the back. It doesn't hurt that the food is top notch.
