==Overview==
Carter Stevens is a small fish who found himself in a big world after an incident with an air spirit and a tyre fully of foam explosives lead to a run in with a group of runners. He's held a number of jobs over the years, most of which he left for money-mismanagement issues, none of which he left voluntarily. Given his love of gambling, and lack of skill thereof, he is often strapped for cash and is more than willing to seek less than legal means of acquiring it, although he is also an inherent coward and as such is unlikely to stick his head out too far.
