As a low-ranking Finnigan Family Soldier assigned to the Hound Squad, a group of individuals on the fringes of Finnigan influence, Casey has found her niche in the shadows, specializing in firearms through the unique practice of channeling. The Hounds have since disbanded, and have turned into more or less a small family.

Originally seen as a tool for 'geeking' problems, Casey's magical prowess, particularly in counterspelling and summoning, set her apart. Her spells, though potent, always seemed to hit harder, even at the cost of a drain that surpassed that of her contemporaries. There's a peculiar edge to her magic, a reckless intensity that hints at a desire for liberation, perhaps even through the ultimate sacrifice of burning up with one of her own summons.

	~~After spending a good amount~~ of ~~time budding heads with Karen~~, the ~~two have formed~~ a sisterly bond~~, and they get along way more than they used to~~. Their ~~bonds cause~~ them ~~to be able~~ to work ~~well~~ together ~~without needing commands or words~~. Casey's ~~also gotten an affinity~~ for ~~air spirits as~~ well~~, nicknaming her affinity'd spirit 'Ghost'~~.		In an unexpected turn of events, Casey's journey place her in the care of [[Lappland]] and [[Karen 'Sketch' O'Malley\|Karen]] resulting in a complex and sisterly bond that defies their initial conflicts. Their unspoken understanding allows them to work seamlessly together, a testament to the strength of the connection forged in their crucible of change, after fleeing the Finnigans.

			Casey's mastery of channeling extends beyond traditional magical practices, delving into the world of firearms expertise. Tinkering with guns and establishing connections with weapons dealers in the black market, she has become a valuable asset for the Hounds, expanding their arsenal and ensuring they are well-equipped for the challenges that the shadows present.
