If attempting to hide his connection to KE in order to solve a crime, he'll show up in a plain black helmet instead, but will still be wearing the sunglasses and--of course--the mustache. Every action he does to show emotion or emphasize a point should involve his helmet, sunglasses, or mustache. When he takes off his sunglasses or his helmet, he should have a smaller helmet or pair of sunglasses on for any pink mohawk run. For black trench coat runs, he's got a noticeable bald spot and his left eye is a cybereye (perception test of 3) that is barely visible because of the chrome edge behind his eyelid.<br /> <br /> If the players are obviously operating outside the law when they contact Chet, he will not help them unless they present a moral imperative such as "innocent civilians will die" or "this will cause families to go homeless" or so on.
