Chet Hughs is a middle manager within Lonestar is quite low on the totem pole when it comes to things. He usually calls runners in as a way to make him and his teams seem far more effective then they actually are. With Chet prefering to have the runners do the work that he should instead be doing.<br />

Chet is a bit of an idiot, like a huge idiot. He has progressed to his current position because of luck and keeping his superiors happy. Chet is not mean and is very respectful to anyone he meets. Though, Chet may look like an idiot he will always walk out of situations looking squicky clean, even if he did just get chewed out by runners or his superiors. He is an idiot that will let people belittle him but will not take much actual offense to it. <br />
