	The ~~CIty~~ of New Orleans is a ghost of its former self. The Chaos that has always surrounded the city has gone nowhere, but the violence, disappearances, and the erosion of New Orleans street and Tourism Culture broke the city in the 2050s, and broke the Heart of the City in the 2060's when the Zobop moved in and took over the culture. A spark of Old New Orleans remains in the form of a diminished and split apart Heart of the City, who has done it's best to encourage the remaining pieces of New Orleans original culture to bloom, protected in the dark, while his counterpart Marie is ever looking for him, and solving problems in his wake.		{{MetaplotInfobox

	After the events of [[Pigeon Town Steppin]] Theriot has shaken off some of his grief and depression, hearing of Marie and her actions against the Lone Star TacDiv, and it stirred something in the Dragon who is now going to try and woo both Marie and Satch to a meeting by restoring the city to its former glory. 			The Dragon, Theriot, went to sleep in the 4th world intending to wake up in its favorite coastline and enjoy endless magical energy. Unfortunately it woke up in the Gulf of Mexico, with its magical aspirations dashed, and the love of its life in the old world missing. Theriot is madly in low with the original Heart of the City, now broken into three parts, and has only begun to understand what has happened. Once it confirms, he will do nearly anything to restore the spirit to its former form and potentency. This will lead Theriot on a quest to rebuild the City of New Orleans that was, despite the countless battles it will take to get there.

			Marie is a curious case, she seems incredibly focused on protection of the city and the residents, but is often late, muddled or simply lost and looking for Satch, her other Counterpart, or her former lover. Marie, when focused, can rain hell on earth on the enemies of New Orleans.
