			Pretty sweet title. This was a fancy way of saying he is in charge of the expendable Johnsons that work for Ares.

			Frank is a pretty straight forward Johnson, no fluff and no funny stuff. Likes to maintain as little personal connection to his team of Johnsons and well as the runners that may to work for him directly.

			He is not above stiffing runnners for a botched job, burning them for their mistakes, or killing them if they know too much. That is also true about the Johnsons that work for him.
