Operating out of a secret location downtown, this mysterious fixer is well reputed to be both outstandingly well-connected and wholly ruthless. Working with even the most dangerous runners and working to make them even more dangerous, Dollmaster's only visible flaw is his tendency to infantilise and over-patronise "his" runners, which has led to his losing some of them despite his key role in their success.
