A Japanese-born cybersurgeon affiliated with the Shotozumi-Gumi, Dr. Morimoto keeps a cyber clinic in the International district where he performs medical care, augmentation, and prescribes drugs... even if you have no medical need for them. He maintains a doctor's ethos, though, and will usually explain what you're in for with a particular drug or augmentation. He is also cautious of excessive cyberware in any of his patients and will usually warn against too low an essence or even the risk of cyberpsychosis.

As a member of the Yakuza, he is covered in tattoos all over high body in the tebori style and knows some Yakuza traditional-style tattoo artists. He is fairly well connected to Yakuza smugglers and can get a wide variety of legal and illegal augmentations as well as most street drugs.
