The only thing he loves more than his country is whiskey, though being mysterious for mystery's sake comes in a close 3rd. In a lot of ways, he is a bit like a leprechaun, except he's average human height and going grey (though he hides it with a bit of low force illusion magic). Is he acting on behalf of his government, or on behalf of himself? Maybe both, maybe neither, and maybe even he doesnt really know. The world of espionage is a dangerous place, and if you don't watch yourself, you'll be shaken and stirred before you can say "Who dares, wins".
