			Nico is brought upstairs to meet with Royce, an eccentric man with lots of plush furniture, a nice coat, and a panther dozing in the side of the room. The two exchange words, small grievances building up brick by brick as he talks to Nico. Despite Nico having come in with a lie, the man here wasn't going to bend to intimidation. For he, had a trump card.

			After things escalate, and Royce can tell things are going sideways. His snide remarks and uncouth behavior leading him closer and closer to the grave, he reveals a bomb vest from under his coat. Explaining that if Nico doesn't leave, and tries to hurt him, the bunch of them will make him leave.

			Nico snaps, lunging for Royce's chest with arcs of electricity leaping from Nico's hands to to vest, detonating the bunches of plastic explosives strapped to his chest. Nico is immediately ripped apart and flung from the building, Royce vaporized as the rickety old warehouse comes crumbling down.

			Sam and Frieren both dash for the exit, but with too little time, Frieren is caught right before the exit. The building comes collapsing down on top of her, though only scratching her draconic form as Sam is required to dig her from the wreckage.
