			After hiring Adalai for some back out, ZZ and Mara head over. As the goons outside the building approach, ZZ is very polite, while Mara is less so. She slashes on, almost in half, and tells the others to run.

	~~==Outline==~~		A trap springs as they break down the door and ZZ is able to deflect it, protecting both of them. Following the trap, they are faced with two crawlers. The fight is on the edge of a blade, one wrong move and they could fall. But in the end they dispatch the creatures and proceed to the Gum Toad's office.

	*Going up the stairs ~~there is~~ toxin.		They head up the stairs, dealing with the effects of a toxin on the way up. At the top they meet the Gum Toad. Mara's blood is up, but they offer not to kill him in exchange for the information they want. But the Gum Toad wants something more and ZZ lets slip that no price is too high. Before that deal can be made, Mara compels the toad, using Dragonspeech to give them a freebee.

			Begrudgingly, he does so. Yamaboshi was taken on a ship Raven, Captained by Havelock. He was traded to Beasts of the Black Moon which have something to do with the bogeyman Gaf.

			Unhappy with the arrangement, the Gum Toad attacks. The intrepid astral travelers kill him, but not before he tries to eat Mara. After his demise, she finds his name, opening the option of creating a formula for the Gum Toad and banishing him permanently.

			I have rarely been so relieved to leave the metaplanes. The Gum Toad is gone and I feel War's hold slipping. Once I complete a formula, I can finish the foul thing permanently.

			I imagine that ZZ may have been shocked by my actions. Violence is not usually my first answer, but it seemed to do in this case. Perhaps I should offer an apology in case she was startled.

			*Brief perspective from a nearby building. Bird POV. Familiar glow in the building. Hard to place. Mineral.
			*Deep in the astral sea, closing in on a shadowed moon. Stygian figures, swirl about and drain life.
			*They decide to go to the metaplanes. Buy shade for ZZ. And return to the backroom. Tygar will guard their bodies.
			*They wander out into the city and the woods and find a door and descend to meet two hooded figures.
