Fingore was a former EVO scientist that SURGEd and was subject to over a decade of bio-experimentation. They treated him like an animal and that's what he became.

Fingore, although having lost his former intelligence, has an instinctive drive to learn and figure out a way to cure the SURGE condition and retire to a normal life.... though in the meantime using he can use his incredible strength to rid Seattle of a few violent criminals.

==Background==
Boris Reznov used to be an incredibly intelligent EVO scientist. His employer took this opportunity to poke, prod, and experiment on the former scientist for many years until eventually he forgot all about his previous life, including his name and almost all of his education. Pumped with the latest and greatest bioware with a bit of cyberware to help keep him together... they created a creature perfectly fit for military action on both land and sea.

A few lead researchers and corporate suits wanted to see their new project in action properly, so they added a few small sensors to keep light tabs on him and gather information and released him upon Seattle with a large bounty on his head to entice any runners or bounty hunters to try to take him down. So far none have succeeded,

Although his intelligence is gone, Boris... now known as Fingore, still has his sense of morality. His beastly nature makes him prone to mistakes at times, but he now haunts the Seattle sewer system and dark corners of the Ork Underground looking for violent criminals that Fingore would call "evil" as he acts as a sort of anti-hero vigilante.
