	When Harris was 12 he decided he wanted to help folks from his hometown of Tucson and see to it the badguys did time or worse. When he turned 18 he joined Lonestar Security Services to which he was quickly placed into the Highway Patrol unit in Seattle. he was known as fair and didn't kick the little folks when he pulled someone over. he quickly grew disillusioned with Lonestar after a fellow officer beat a child to death for spitting on him, a quick bullet to the officers head earned him a discharge from the company. He soon started an anonymous drone delivery service to help out the group of people who at least tried to help folks, the enigmatic Runners.
