			A man-shaped spirit roughly the size of a small dog. Hotaru is a force 4 Guidance Spirit. Mostly purple, with fire covering his hands. Seems to change colors and pulse.

			After making a pact together, he guided [[Riot]] out of a ghoul's meat locker after she nearly died. After crawling through the sewers and fighting off a bunch of rats, Riot finally escaped and returned to her life.

			Riot would seek ways to strengthen this bond, feeling value in their relationship. She learned to listen closely to him, and started taking his advice, which led her down her path. In time, Riot would take the next step, and offer a considerable chunk of her personal karma to empower Hotaru in exchange for his aid as her ally. The pact was made. The deal was struck. The bond was deepened.
