			*He is pretty carefree. He isn't afraid of KE or the UCAS, and will generally bend most rules to help his Runner friends.
			*He still has high connections in the CAS Navy. Not enough to really keep him from getting into trouble, but enough to make KE possibly reconsider hassling him with small things.
			*His smuggling connections are almost exclusively Navy and Air Force. Overland smuggling is a bit tougher for him and should be more difficult and costly to procure.
