	~~This~~ is ~~where~~ you ~~would write~~ a ~~blurb about~~ the ~~contact~~.		Kruger is an anomaly of a man. He won't approach you unless you have something he wants. He likely won't do that directly either-he'll get some servant or independent agent to pass along the message, maybe give you a recording, and then that recording dreks itself once the message is delivered, or something else convoluted to keep himself from being at any risk. He's always got some kind of method of hiding his face, especially in those messages, though even in the dark the rim of his almost comically round glasses is apparent.

			He is clearly a man with a lot of power, he clearly is working towards some kind of goal or another, though for whom or why most can't say, and what he is doing is clearly setting up a sphere of influence and surveillance, at least as far as those who work with him are concerned. He is not a trustworthy figure. But maybe a good one to keep happy. However this develops, perhaps it's for the best that you don't end up angering an unknown force with a lot of potential inertia behind him.
