Melee focused mage, that uses alchemy to buff himself.

===Goals===

Slade is a simple, even stereotypical, Norse mage. He desires riches, parties to spend it on, and an honorable death.

==Background==

Out of school, Slade picked up an internship at Saeder-Krupp as a translator. He found the job soul crushing, but the pay was good.
He began to hear a voice in the back of his head encouraging him to rise up, reject the corp life. One day, when his supervisor berated him for neglecting a filled out form, he gave into the voice.
He punched her in the face, then walked out. Unsurprisingly, security attempted to detain him, he never felt so alive as when we was fighting them. Power surged in his veins, and with a clap of thunder, the guards around him fell unconscious.

He walked out the door, but didn't know where to go. A figure appeared in front of him, that of a burly blond man in ancient armor, wielding a glowing hammer. Slade followed him to Hof Gym, run by a Norse Mage called Oddvar Magnusson, who would become his tutor for his newly awakened powers. Perhaps not as intended, Slade took Oddvar's teachings about the Norse tradition quite literally, adopting the religion. When he was ready, Oddvar led him to the shadows, where he entered a life of crime, battle, and glory. He took the name ''Løper'', Norwegian for ''Runner''
