			Lil' Enzo is the stereotypical italian mafia guy. He dresses nice, he sprinkles his speech with italian slang, he has a strong accent, and he treats what he does like a day job. He's worked with shadowrunners enough to understand what they're like, and the mafia's culture of machismo means that if a shadowrunner does something wacky and uncharacteristic in front of him he'll do his best to pretend that nothing unusual is happening. He's extremely loyal to The Family, though he probably wouldn't give his life for them he'd give just about anything else. Finally, and most importantly, Lil' Enzo believes that Italian culture is just ''better'' than UCAS or NAN culture, so he'll respect you more if you show appreciation for the Italian language, for prominent Italian figures, and (of course) for Italian food.
