A spirit who haunts the shadows of Seattle, they spent a decent amount of time running, but they’ve started doing fixer work as well. They, like most blackjacks, are trying to manipulate our world to fix the problems in Zecorpium. Subtle, mysterious, and secretive. Younger sibling to the anarch Loaded.
