She owns the shop "Talismonger, talismans, talismongering, please shop here, buy now, going out of business." She constantly drones on about the 'Puyallup revitalisation project', which is something she talks about often. She loves botany, even going so far as to planting seeds of potentially dangerous plants anywhere she goes. Seeing it as a service to protect plantlife, taken on as her misguided 'good deed', Loputyn lives her life freely without much repercussion. Or at least, that's the outside. In truth, she's always catty and careless, instead specifcally asking for danger. She's so bored, having never truly found much challenge in life. Mercurial, estranged, and exiled from the court she used to be a part of, one day she'll return once her 1000 year flight of fancy is done.		Loputyn, Loputyn, Loputyn.
