Yennefer Kerrigan is an extremely intelligent UCAS Naval Officer who was assigned to Everett because of her practical demand that she go to work for the R&D team in the Everett Naval Dockyards. What she is working on is currently unknown, as is the number or projects she is working on. What is known is that she has an unusual propensity to acquire materials that should be impossible to retrieve, and ensuring that there is no espionage at any station she is present at. These events are normally coincided with a slight disappearance of resources and unauthorized distribution of funds, but considering the results most brass turn a blind eye.
