==Overview==

Maxwell "Max" Malini is a short, middle aged human usually found wearing a tuxedo, vest, and long open jacket with a top hat so colorful it's almost offensive to the eyes. He is always one to make a show of things, the grander the spectacle the better.

Max is the Ringmaster behind the [[Circus of Crime|Malini Circus of Wonder]], and has a number of specially trained performers at his disposal. He is very knowledgeable about security setups and design, and for the right price is able to dispatch one of his performers who can learn specifics about a specific target location. He does not make a habit of asking questions about why you need to know this as long as you don't ask questions about how he acquired the information.
