	Eric Fiengold ~~was~~ a man ~~past~~ his prime, put out to pasture by [[Evo]] as the VP of Finance for Red Star Clinics. ~~Determined~~ that ~~he was going~~ to ~~make a name for himself,~~ Fiengold ~~overhauled~~ Red Star's personnel and ~~began~~ to ~~force people~~ to ~~work~~ as ~~part of~~ the repossession ~~team - often against their will~~. Wallace was no exception.		Eric Fiengold is a man that refuses to go away. Past his prime, his enemies within [[Evo]] made a move to get him out of the way without completely getting rid of him (he knew where far too many of the bodies were buried). And so, the illustrious Fiengold finds him put out to pasture by Evo as he is pushed into the position as the VP of Finance for Red Star Clinics. Fiengold begins to take an active interest in his division and puts out the original directives to offer payment plans for organ transplants for those that could not afford it. It is through his efforts also that implant repossession catches on - it doesn’t take the megacorps long to seize this idea and push it through as it is in all their best interests. Fiengold also overhauls the Red Star Clinic personnel, creating accidents and twisting circumstances to disgrace some of the most brilliant minds in ‘ware research and genetic augmentations. Fiengold then offers to help these poor unfortunate souls in return for them working for Red Star and moonlighting as off the books repossession men.

			Wallace was no exception.

	Ten years ago, Wallace was accused of conducting geneware experiments on his wife and daughter. These experiments lea to his wife's death and rendered his only child, Hope, comatose. Fiengold leveraged this against Wallace, keeping Wallace from being prosecuted for his crimes and paying for Hope's care. In return, Wallace was placed in the employ of Red Star Clinics as a surgeon and forced to moonlight as an implant repossession man. Fiengold pushed Wallace too far when he demanded the surgeon carry out a repossession against Charity Horace, his wife's best friend.
