Nybble is a dwarf who sells secondhand electronics and pirated software out of a family business in Halferville, the underground dwarf fortress in east Oakland that avoided Protectorate occupation and cooperated with the resistance. She's too young to have done any fighting herself, though she lived through the war as a small child.
