			Although young, Nyla is a hardened combatant and trained killer. She was raised by a cabal of Egyptian assassins operating out of Cairo and eventually ingratiated herself into various Yakuza circles, particularly the [[Yellow Lotus Triad]] where she was hired muscle for a number of years and excelled at her job, either preventing high-profile killings multiple times or delivering said killings on multiple occasions which allowed them to increase their territory and overall reach and power. Although not a full member of the Yellow Lotus, she is enormously well known and welcome among their spaces.

			During her violent and turbulent career as a contract killer, she was thrust into many dangerous situations and in two separate encounters, she ended up becoming a carrier for both Strain II and Strain III but she survived without becoming infected.

			Nyla mostly desires to become a better killer, but she wants to also improve her closeness with her Egyptian tradition as much as possible. As a tertiary goal, she hopes that the Yellow Lotus can become even more powerful.
