Now a small-time fixer and smuggling coordinator between the Ten Thousand Lions and the Yellow Lotus, he remains deeply entangled in the social network of Kwun Tong despite his surprise relocation along with Peerless. He now uses those connections to ensure that Kong chips, opiates, and the occasional job find themselves with the right people in Seattle.
