Old Man Rokka used to be a respected street shaman, known for his sharp instinct for awakened reagents and his uncanny ability to read astral tides. But years ago, he betrayed his mentor spirit for personal gain—cut a deal, broke a vow, something unforgivable. The spirit responded by tearing his ritual apart mid-channeling, leaving his magic crippled and his name cursed among the awakened.
			Now he scrapes by in the cracks of the city, pretending to be a taliskrämer but mostly pushing diluted street drugs and unstable magical scraps. Some still come to him for rare finds or whispers of deeper currents—but mostly, they come because he sells cheap illusions that used to be power.
