	Paparazzi was born in Seattle to German immigrants. She was never taught how to speak German because her parents wanted their daughter to "blend in" to Seattle society more easily. However, Paparazzi was never really one to "blend in". Even from a young age, Paparazzi was always inquisitive, curious, and annoyingly determined to satiate her desire to know what's what, who's who, and the important goings on. She got into trouble on several occasions for poking her nose into other peoples' business; on the plus side, it made a good opportunity for her in Media and Journalism.		Paparazzi was born in Seattle to German immigrants. She was never taught how to speak German because her parents wanted their daughter to "blend in" to Seattle society more easily. However, Paparazzi was never really one to "blend in". Even from a young age, Paparazzi was always inquisitive, curious, and annoyingly determined to satiate her desire to know what's what, who's who, and the important goings on. She got into trouble on several occasions for poking her nose into other peoples' business; on the plus side, it made a good opportunity for her in Media and Journalism later on in her life. Living through Halley's Comet as a child and coming out changed in a few ways presented challenges to Paparazzi's development, but it also provided some exciting and fascinating changes; She'll never be able to literally "strong arm" since her physical power leaves much to be desired, but if she needs to hide, she can slip into the ocean or nearby bodies of water (where applicable) or even slip through tight bonds or people trying to grab her because of a naturally produced oil her skin makes.

	Paparazzi enjoys getting to the nitty gritty of everything that happens in Seattle. She will talk her way in or out of places she shouldn't be, and when that fails, she'll rely on her cyberdeck, handy sidearm, or whoever she happens to be working with at the time. She's not a negotiator or a brawler, but she does know how to shoot, and she can certainly bullshit bullshitters.		Paparazzi enjoys getting to the nitty gritty of everything that happens in Seattle. 			Two things matter to Paparazzi more than anything: Money and the Truth - doubly so when the Truth earns her money. She's as aggressive as the paparazzi she named herself after, but she does have some morals and prefers to sell the secrets she uncovers to those who'll actually get it to the public rather than hide it in the shadows. She does not make up stories to assassinate someone's character, nor does she waste time pestering celebrities when they're going about their daily lives. She actually tries to be a real journalist.... who happens to make a lot of money selling her finds to the highest bidder.
