His lair is believed to be somewhere in the Salish-Shidhe Council region. The dragon got his nickname Puff because he is supposedly addicted to Deep Weed. Kur is exceptionally gifted with magic for a young dragon and also uses his magic to appear in the metahuman guise of a Fomori. He does everything he can to increase his wealth and, in typical David Cartel fashion, is not very squeamish about his competition. Typical of a young dragon, he has quite a temper, which comes out especially when you contradict him. But if you are clever with words, you can sell your idea as if it was the worm's idea. There are rumors that Puff is acting as a fixer for some very qualified runners and is giving them outstanding work.
