			The self-proclaimed Queen of Seattle, Elizabeth XXIII is a free spirit with deep roots in the Seattle spirit community. She spent several decades removed from the mortal world, but has recently decided to take an interest, as she finds the corps to be entirely repulsive and deeply disrespectful of both her rightful claim to the city and to the rights of spirits and mortals alike. Her original master is unknown, but he was presumably a Druid from relatively soon after the Awakening, as she seems to have been around Seattle for several decades. She believes that the exercise of power, as shown by the corps, is gross tyranny, and a true Queen will reign based on the admiration her people have for her and that admiration alone. She takes the pets that humans give her as a sign of their fealty, and therefore considers the power of the corps to be an illegitimate challenge to her rightful reign.
