==Overview==
Rachel Raven was an escort at a Yakuza gambling parlor in Loveland who had gotten in over her head. Her friend, when trying to check on her, stumbled into several members of the Haven (see [[Identifying a Problem]]). They helped her escape the Yakuza Den and--since she wasn't keen on leaving the lifestyle--reestablish herself with [[Madame Butterfly]] at The Butterfly Effect; [[Madame Butterfly]] is known for those on her payroll with respect, which is a far cry from Rachel's previous employment.

Ever since, she's willing to help runners by sharing any rumors she picks up in the business. She's low on the food chain in the biz, but almost all of her conversations are...private.
