Ramon is a young man, born and raised in the UCAS. If you ask him, he'd tell you he was born sinless, and climbed his way out of the masses with his own two hands. He would be lying, both his parents were fairly rich, and he had a comfortable life into adulthood. He's a scheming man, always trying to get ahead by any means necessary, and lording the power he does have over people. He's currently assigned to Project Achilles, overseeing the testing and limited deployment of prototypes in North America.
