Rasmus Kain is a pretty boy private eye and infobroker. He can be a pain to deal with if you aren't willing to pander to his ego slightly, but his information is always solid and he's very thorough when running down leads. The cost of his service is always reasonable if you can stand him for more than five seconds. He is a notorious club hopper as well and many of the cities debutantes appear in his contact list. He's at home in high society as in Puyallup and has a tendency to stick his nose where it most certainly doesn't belong. But those dimples and smooth talking get him out of most scrapes.<br />
