	UCAS Army Colonel Joseph Hodges, a native of the US Virgin Islands, was named Adjutant-General of the islands in 2057 during the Virgin Affair. 			Now that he's been whisked away to Seattle from the sudden dangers of the Caribbean League, he's now in league with TerraFirst!. They took him in, giving him shelter and protection. Now he's working to give back to them and to the world with what little time he has left.
