The rigger was well paid, however, and after a series of in-and-out handling style chases through Renton, the van arrives at the Newcastle address for the Yoshinaga-Gumi, where Snow is able to make the delivery. There, she meets Yoshinaga Chikara and his two bodyguards, who wishes to know why the cargo was damaged.

			Snow White admits to failing part of the task, and that she knows what is in the box, but manages to convince Chikara that she will make a good footsoldier for the clan. Faced with either killing her outright or gaining a possible shock troop, Chikara accepts her into the clan and gives her the name "Shojo" - or 'Little Girl' to represent her status both as a footsoldier and 'little sister' to the clan, but also her unwise direction in the completion of the run.
