	Aurek Yamauchi was not meant to step into the Shadows. Having been trained in the ways Karasu fought, Aurek carried on the avian-inspired Runner's legacy with his own signature wing suit and whip. It was not too long into his Shadowrunning career that he was severely injured on a high-stakes job, and while his score couldn't be salvaged, a disgruntled former Docwagon surgeon named [[ʔáylx]] found him bleeding out, brought him back to his residence, and nursed him back to health; the two ran together for several years until eventually, for reasons unknown, both of them retired, with ʔáylx disappearing from the scene entirely (until the year 2084, that is) and Sokol himself taking up the life of a fixer.
