He's newly free in Seattle and excited to see the sights and gaze at the stars with a Hawaiian Shirt on and Pina Colada in his hand.


			He takes the form of a vaguely humanoid swirling mass of stars and galaxies but wearing khaki shorts and a Hawaiian shirt. He is kind-natured and soft-spoken, though he can't say no to a good time.
