==Overview==

Stephanie is a homeless dwarf that ran the soup kitchen in the Lost Lambs community in Redmond. After Father Sebastian and the Blackwing angels were exposed as a Tamanous front and killed by runners due their organ harvesting and infected feeding operation. Stephanie and her father Fergus took over running the charity as its meant to be run.
